Add a fuse circuit: https://www.amazon.com/10-Pack-Add-circuit-Adapter/dp/B01DYQM6EO/ref=sr_1_5?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1511740880&sr=1-5&keywords=car+wire+taps
You will also need a 5 amp car fuse. Auto zone has them for about 1$.
Use the hood release bolt as a ground point for the lights.
If you run the wires correctly it looks 100% OEM I set the LED color to match the red trim on my car and it looks so good!
Zip ties help and a coat hanger to run the wires through tough spots.
For stuff like this, your best bet is to use fuse taps like these:

This will provide an easier installation and allow for much easier troubleshooting if you end up blowing a fuse.
You can use the fuse box label to determine which fuse you should "tap" into to provide both your switched 12v and your constant 12v. But always confirm this is the case with a mutltimeter or something that will allow you to verify a circuit is switched or constant.
A good place to start is the Power Outlet circuits. These typically will vary quite a bit from make to make if it is switched or constant, but these are usually higher amperage circuits and provide a bigger buffer on power draw from them.
Let me know if you need more help with using these fuse taps if you decide to use them.
I just installed mine last month, this will work best for you. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DYQM6EO?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I tried 3 different kind before finding this one...this one does sit in the fuse slot but a little lose. I used electrical tape to make it extra secure.
