Well, I can name a few that remind me of SCP since I don't know any directly influenced by the wiki. There is a book series that heavily remind me of the Global Occult Coalition I seen referred to as S-Squad. There are several books in the series and each follow a team of soldiers tracking and attempting to kill various cryptids/monsters. They face off against the Mongolian Deathworm, Nazi zombies with UFOs in Antarctica, to bugs.
