It’s Hada Labo Premium. I haven’t tried the Premium version but have tried the Moist version. It’s a toner/watery consistency and I thought it was okay, didn’t repurchase. I prefer the Kikumasamune.

I got it from amazon and it is a genuine product. I did think it was fake upon delivery at first only because the bottle didn't look like the one pictured (they haven't updated with the 2020 edition, which is what they are selling now). I wanted to buy it from Yesstyle but at the time, it was sold out.
