Some say they're great, others say the cooling is bad and it has coil whine. I avoid Asus GPUs in general due to the eclectic reviews that seem like a 50/50 chance of good or bad.
IMO go for XFX or MSI. I have a XFX R9 280x which after nearly 5 years, still works like a champ. Worth paying an extra $40 for.

Over budget but come with wifi and will run Baldur's Gate 3. You can remove memory and use old parts to save $30 (not recommended).

If you're looking for a budget PC in this market it means you're basically looking for functional used parts from other Redditors that are upgrading.
Even older GPUs like https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-1386MHz-Graphics-RX-580P8DFD6/dp/B06Y66K3XD/ are $239.00 in used but good condition.
Basically I'm saying you'd be looking at older 6GB GPUs, 500W power supplies when people upgrade to 650+, probably difficult to find any RAM in decent condition because for most purposes it's either functional or not IMO.
I doubt you'd find modern gaming-compatible motherboards, storage is iffy but cheap enough that if you can't afford a 500 GB hard drive, how are you going to handle internet and Windows and etc? You can probably find someone with a spare fan or two from people moving over to water cooling or getting a set of 3 and not needing all of them.
I also sincerely doubt that we'll talking about finding all these items from disparate excess being shipped to you for free, you'd also need a case and be hoping all these used parts still had their spare cables depending on the setup.
A list price $598.99 new GPU is definitely off the table, that's more than I paid for mine new from MicroCenter, even considering the discount on the one linked, which is absolutely insane and I'm not even sure how they justify the price when mine is also 8 GB and all the important specs are absolutely identical.
What you really need to do is use a PC builder and go for a budget low-spec setting and start looking for parts that meet those requirements, when even a low-spec discounted build pushes $1000 these days...
Meet all requirement. Click links in table to see review.

I appreciate the help!
XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 1386MHz OC+, 8GB GDDR5 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y66K3XD/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_1051FJ1N7D48Y1T2MZWJ
That's actually a good RX570 and 8gb for that price i think it's a great deal comparing with the others i saw with a "RX 570" search, the one i don't really recommend is the Armor because of the cooler.
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=rx570&i=electronics&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
Depends on what you want to spend cause you can buy a 4gb one for 120-130, i think going with 8gb is a good option but depends on what you want to spend like for a bit more you can grab a RX580 8gb.
What resolution you play and how many monitors do you have?
I have the Gigabyte Aorus RX580 8gb i play at 1080p and use two monitors a IPS@75hz and a TN@144.
PS: There are some rumors of new cards coming out for that price range probably the new Navi 5600 note sure if true or when they will come out.
