- UPDATE -
I make no promises that this will work for you, but I was shocked when it did for me.. I've been running the Factory 16 GB ram for a while as I can run it at 3467 through the HP Gaming Hub app. I was pleased to see that I've been able to run very well, seamlessly really, with 16 GB. Video editing, gaming, work, photoshop, etc. It's been working great.. But I had bought 64 GB of TeamGroup 1.2v 3200 Ram and wanted to use it. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086X2FYW9/
I shut down, swapped the ram, and rebooted. To my surprise, the BOIS kept the same memory speed and timing as the factory Kingston. So far, it's been rock solid without any bumps at all. I will update this thread if I have any issues.. but $220 is a pretty good deal for 64 GB of ram that's running full speed+ on my Omen 30L. Could be luck of the draw on a couple decent sticks, but I'll take it.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week.

p.s. I'm considering starting a YouTube Channel, I already run a successful non-IT-related channel. I think more people could benefit from knowing how to make the most of affordable pre-builts and pre-builts in general. Seems most reviewers just want to bash them, but for so many, they are the only option and many are very good options for most users.
