Hey everyone,
Dawn of the Void, Book 1, is live over on Amazon/KU. It's 150k of fast-paced apocalyptic literary fuel, and I hope you guys check it out.
Reasons to take a quick look:
- The trilogy is finished and both sequels will be published this year, along with the audiobooks narrated by Tom Taylorson.
- This series was released on Royal Road last year, where it hit #1 on the New Releases chart and was frequently on Page 1 of Popular This Week.
- Davis Ashura of Testament of Steel fame has said: "I’ve read post-apocalyptic books before, but nothing like this one. This one is different. This one cuts deep, the tension always feels real, the stakes monumental, and the characters on the ragged edge. This book is simply fantastic."
- It's told at a breakneck pace as I follow humanity's attempt to resist a demonic invasion. Rather than skipping straight to the post-apoc part, I ask: how would local government, the military, the news, and regular folks on the street react to this horrific turn of events? Day by day, tragedy by tragedy, who rises, who falls, and who finds it within themselves to a villain or a hero?
Blurbage:
Tragedy had broken James's spirit. Washed up and homeless in NYC, he thought his life was over.
Then a message appeared in his vision:
60,000 year countdown has ended
Nemesis 1 released

As the world falls apart, as billions die, as society collapses and all hope seems lost, James discovers a powerful truth: he was wrong to think himself a nobody. Summoning every ounce of grit and determination, he'll help forge a resistance that will defy humanity's near omnipotent enemy by taking the fight from the streets of NYC to the stars themselves.
And with the dawn of the Void, he'll become the most important person to have ever lived.
