Well... there's a Tractor Supply in Gilroy, which would avoid shipping (I think they only sell anthracite, though, which isn't great for blacksmithing).

No ideas other than Amazon (here's one with free shipping, but no idea if it's a reasonable price).

Maybe eBay?
