Good, strong, inexpensive... pick two.

The best compromise that accentuates being budget-friendly is Redragon. Their S101 combo is on sale right now for $30US, and I can't imagine the Euro prices are much higher.

After that, there's nothing I would recommend that would suite your desire to keep costs down. The Corsair K55 is around $50, the G502 is around $40, and anything comparable to those is also comparable/higher in price.

That one looks similar to the one I just got. The keys are shallower, so you don't have to bend you fingers as much or apply as much pressure. The mouse that came with it was also much easier to use, the scroll wheel is a little wider but less tall, so again, less pressure are movement is needed.
