Disclaimer: I'm pre-op myself, but I've heard fantastic things about this lube for dilating, and it is my lube of choice for, um, various funtimes. It's a colorless, odorless high-quality water-based lube, free of glycols, glycerine, and parabens. Thick enough to handle, crazy slippery, and rinses off with water. I highly recommend giving it a try!
