I have something like these around the rack but in an older 5 led version instead of 6. Nice and cheap and bright for walking around/looking for camp sites or reading signs. Have then wired to be left and right sets on one switch and the back pair on another so I can use them as backup lights if needed but also don't need to blind people in a parking lot.

Or if you want something a bit lower power and less intense, I have an exterior rated RGB light strip under my awning that you could stick somewhere to be a nice area light. Went RGB so I can have a red light mode if desired. Something like this.

Both work well for what they are needed for. The rack lights are a bit much if you are near others or in a campground with others as I have mine pointed straight out, wouldn't be an issue if aimed down and the light strip is only bright enough to properly illuminate the space under the awning and a bit more.
