let me know if good choice did not want break the bank considering we will be upgrading his GPU soon and also adding a new M2 nvme drive. - currently using a sky hynix m2 which is crap and an old nvidia 1050 ti GPU. Also looking to replace his two spinning seagate drives that are old with a gaming hard drive what do you recommend??
I have almost the same PC as you...
Alienware R12, i7, GPU: 3070 instead of the 3060Ti.
I purchased and put in 64GB (16 x 4) of Corsair Vengeance... no issues, and works great.

Good luck.
My experience:
(If you have DDR4 in your computer)
I own an Aurora R12 (origionally had 8GB Ram) and wanted 64GB Ram, so I bought and put in 4 sticks of Corsair Vengeance 16GB ram. No issues, runs great. I did it myself, and had no problems whatsoever.
