Immediate caveat: this is the site that released the Aussie version, so it's in AUD, but this is probably the edition to be on the lookout for right now. It's the *version* that you linked above. Here's the "official" listing on Amazon (which I pulled up via the UPC). It claims it's Region B, as does a reviewer, who seems to be completely misinformed.

I own a number of Via Vision releases, and they're all Region Free. Sellers on eBay, DeepDiscount, Blowitoutahere (to be fair, the main store page for the eBay seller I linked!), and this store in South Carolina all list it as "All Region", "Region 0", or "Region Free", and generally list it for ~$100

It's not impossible for this release to actually have a region lock, but Amazon has a bad habit of "better safe than sorry" (I have imported releases with that "Region B/2" warning on Amazon which are not, in fact, region locked) and that reviewer...may have had some past experience, or is leaping to conclusions.

I'm about to go ahead and order this Aussie version (because why not have 3 copies of this series, I guess?!) and I suppose I can then "report back" in a little while here.

FWIW: The last PK Wars-inclusive US release is in the (incorrect) broadcast order. I also had some nasty skips in my copy of PK Wars from it, and I hate the case (it's DVD height and double-stacks discs), which is why I'm going to be ridiculous and order another. And just so that I can know and respond to things like this that much more authoritatively. And perhaps correct the Amazon reviewer (or back him up if he's right, I guess!)
