I like the idea of using my phone on the TV, particularly for gaming, and so I bought the same USB-C hub as OP did. However, I will be exchanging it soon for one that can charge the phone while being used. That way I'm not on a timer counting down my usage until the phone battery dies.
I'm thinking of getting this one instead: https://www.amazon.com/HooToo-Premium-Adapter-Charging-Chromebook/dp/B01K7C53K2/
I bought these (nearly identical) hubs and both work well. Only good for one monitor.
HooToo USB C Hub, 6-In-1 USB C... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K7C53K2
VAVA USB C Hub, 8-in-1 USB C... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QQ11BP6
Displays: 1 (HDMI)
Ethernet:Yes
USB ports: 3 - 2 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0
Issues: Can't pass through USB-C display; per is for PD only. Get slightly warm. Early models crash MacBooks.
Extras: SD card... haven't ever used this personally
Would you recommend? Yes. Plugged this and my Pixelbook into an ultrawide monitor and everything worked well.
