My pics don't do it justice. Basically a tall cat liter box lid I had laying around, small box to hold the grain bags, towel to keep it off my cold floors and these two units.

This is $27.50.. any concerns for this as this is what I'm using?
What I know I’m missing… micro-pore tape, sterilized grain, pressure cooker, dehydrator, humidifier, ventilator, something for temperature, lighting.
I notice you didn't mention a still air box – that's a definite must-have if you don't want to fight with contamination.
If you have the budget to get a 23qt pressure cooker, then I highly recommend prioritizing that as your first mycology-related investment. It would allow you to produce more grain jars in less time than you ever could without it.
If you want to put off the pressure cooker for awhile and do UB or broke boi tek first, then I'd suggest getting a dehydrator so you'll have it when you need it. I can tell you from experience that you'll need it sooner than you think you will lol
My grow area will likely be confined to a small, walk-in closet.
Then you'll probably want a space heater and a temp controller to automatically turn it on and off. I use this one and it works great for my closet. I don't know how big your closet is, but make sure you get a heater that can heat the entire space and then shut off for awhile or you'll end up spiking your electric bill with it running all the time.
And I’m all about having a higher yield, don’t mind it taking a little bit longer.
Then I suggest learning agar as soon as possible. You can get everything you need (agar-agar powder, light malt extract, 500ml media bottle, petri dishes/condiment cups, scalpel) for $50-60. It will greatly increase your chance of success by allowing you to use only good-looking mycelium to inoculate your grain.
I just use my bed to heat my enclosure but from people I've seen that actively heat it these are the most common. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NYX5DKD/ and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00V4TJR00/
I just have a cheap space heater from Walmart, which I've paired with this temperature controller -- it's worked really well.
