Thank you so much for your assistance! So my serial (bottom of headset) starts with 204, so it sounds like I have a 5k+. My earphones did come with cups so I think you're right there as well.I'm having to wait for a power supply I ordered from Amazon, but that will allow me to confirm everything through pitool. I found another thread here that mentioned this one for that model so it seemed the pest pick.

Edit: I included a pick above but the lighting doesn't quite do it justice. I'd say the color is like a dark blue.

Is there any other info I can provide beyond my last message? It feels like I'm close to knowing what to buy to power the device, but still not quite there. Thanks!

Would an adapter like this work? It is what I should be looking for?

https://www.amazon.com/SoulBay-Universal-Multi-Voltage-Selectable-Electronics/dp/B01N2K48HR

"Adapter Input: AC 100v~240V 50/60Hz 1000mA, Adapter Output: 3V/4.5V/5V/6V/7.5V/9V/12V - MAX 2A(2000 mA). This replacement power adapter provides a range of voltages, interchangeable tips, FULL PROTECTION of over Voltages/ over Current/ short Circuits/ over Temperature."

Again, excuse my lack of knowledge but one other question I have is if I need to worry about "frying" or ruining the device I'm trying to power by plugging in the wrong adapter? Would like to know how careful/worried I should be.
