I know I'm not the star here, but honestly invest in a Sous Vide. Once you use it on your meats, you'll realize you can never go back. I noticed the biggest impact on chicken: set it to 62.5 ÂșC, and forget about it, the (optionally) sear it afterwards for crunch/color. It can't overcook and it makes THE MOST MOIST PERFECT FLAVORFUL CHICKEN EVER. No exaggeration. And I'm talking skin-off chicken breast. It also makes steaks and fish next level.
