You cannot keep people out of your house, there is just no such thing unless you spend millions on military-grade protection or hire a bunch of guards.
Good deterrents are motion-activated floodlights, an alarm system with a little plate on your front door (ideally from a different brand than actually installed), cameras surrounding the perimeter (overlapping so they can't just shine a $2 laser pointer into one) and putting roller blinds on all windows to limit possible points of entry. That's all reasonably possible, the cost for everything but the shutters should be under $1500, shutters would depend on how many windows and what getting them installed would cost.
If you need just a cheap and easy deterrent, the floodlights would be your best bet, and you can buy a random decal on Amazon to make it seem like your house is more protected than it actually is. Realistically, though, your dogs are enough to deter 99% of burglars, because they aren't going to deal with even a tiny little pooch if the neighbors don't have one at all
