I've heard a lot of complaints about the Dualsense's dpad. You could use a Dualshock 4 like a lot of tournament players, mod your Dualsense dpad with a kit, or look at third party controllers. (8bitdo M30, Hori Fighting Commander, Hori Fighting Commander Octa, etc.)
Or try a stick/leverless. They're fun and easy to repair/mod/customize. Some people think leverless gives a small execution advantage.
(For modding dpad I mean something like this, but I don't know if these make it much better and this is in no way an endorsement of this specific kit: https://www.amazon.com/eXtremeRate-Ergonomic-Controller-Independent-Playstation/dp/B097D2VHRW?th=1)
