So, some of my dresses are no longer available (either on amazon or the Lindy Bop website, so some of these links are to other sites that have them for sale, but have pictures).
I bought my first three almost a year ago. They had a flash sale on all dresses back before Christmas and so I snagged my first three then-
The Ophelia has always been my dream dress. I don't know why. (Actually I do know why, but that'd make this post even longer, so I'll spare you. Haha.) They used to (and occasionally still do) offer it in a ivory/champagne color and I've always said that I would use that as my next wedding dress if I got married again.
This is also an Ophelia but in a floral print and a little less formal compared to the other Ophelia. I only wanted one "night out on the town" dress, so most of my other Lindy Bop dresses are less formal, but all are to be worn with a petticoat.
My Coleen doesn't look exactly like this one. Mine is black with red polka dots, but everything else is the same. This is something I could wear to work if I wanted and that's why I got it. It's not as bulky and heavy as the Ophelia's.
And my latest score, Greta. I wasn't too sure about buying a wiggle dress, but my dad is a part of a car club and they've mentioned needing some models. Most of the car club guys don't like the fuller skirts on models, so for $15 (on Amazon) I bit the bullet and bought the wiggle dress.
I check Amazon every couple of weeks to see what has been put on clearance, and I also check the Lindy Bop website clearance. Just a few years ago, these dresses used to be considered a pipe dream to me. And now I own 4 and hopefully more soon.
