This is my stack for irregular stim use, I highly recommend quality fish oil as well.
Stims
30min before dosing:
Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate 200mg
R-Lipoic Acid Featuring Bioenhanced Na-RALA (100 mg)
And I use 2 tums instead of baking soda, because I hate the taste of baking soda in water. It is slightly better at reducing acidity in the stomach if you're willing to persevere. I take Nexium daily for reflux, so I believe it might counterbalance. This is to increase duration and slightly reduce the initial punch. (The tums or baking powder is unnecessary if you plug or insulfate)
~1.5hours before bed:
Viva Labs Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate 200mg
Doctor's Best Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid Featuring Bioenhanced Na-RALA (100 mg)
5mg of melatonin
Sometimes a Benadryl if I feel extremely wired
