What’s your budget and are you okay with earbuds? I generally hate having things in my ear, but sensory difficulties give me no other choice sometimes lol. I got these really solid earbuds recently. The ear pieces are surprisingly comfy and I forget I have them in if I have nothing playing. They have bluetooth, a mic, noise cancelling, and the option to use “ambient aware”. Ambient aware is a cool feature for us, I think. It muffles out harsh sounds, but you can still hear things around you through your music, like people talking, or a truck driving behind you.
