A grow tent may not be suitable, in the event the light will is too bright and the humidity too low. I never let the humidity go below 85% and block the terrarium with removable blue vent film: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FBKHQJR/
When propagating, high humidity is needed. Mist, mist and mist some more.
You will need to separate each stem. Rhizomes may form on one stem, but not the others. If you lay the entire piece down, "as is", the bottom section will likely begin to rot.
If these were mine, I would use the 10 gallon glass aquarium, layer the bottom like this: https://i.imgur.com/zzsrB9q.jpeg - example: https://xenofontis.weebly.com/uploads/1/0/8/6/10862460/oak-leaf-ficus1_orig.jpg , with a thick layer of orchid mix on top and again, cover with a glass lid. Keep a small corner open for ventilation. Once they are situated for propagation, they should not be moved around. It takes quite a while. Needs to be kept warm as well.
Our winter air is very dry, that is why I put mine in the terrarium. It keeps the temperature and humidity even and no drafts.
