Use normal rj45 keystones, wallplates, and punchdown tool rather than the odd things you linked to.

The end of the cables where everything comes together should probably get a punch down panel, but you could go straight to RJ45 into a switch as well.

Oh yeah, there are toolless keystone jacks but the tool is $10 and the keystone price goes from about $3ea to $8ea from the little research I did, even with just 5 keystones the tool saves you money.
