I haven’t tried the other tapes, just the one I pushed, but I agree that the stickiness can be too much. I think it depends on what type of stuff you’re using under it. For example, if you’re using facial oil or a lot of serums it might not be a problem because you need something super sticky. For me, I don’t use that much lately - just tretinoin and a moisturizer, so I’ve found the silicone tape easier to use and it doesn’t leave a residue. It is not thick enough however to keep me from scrunching in between my eyes when I sleep, so that’s why I’ve started using the tape from this post on top of it, to make it more thick and less easy to bend if that makes sense.
If you want to try the silicone tape, they’re like silicone patches but in tape form. They probably have them at cvs or Walgreens but if not here is an Amazon link to what I use that doesn’t stick and leave a residue:

Read the Amazon reviews. This stuff really does work. If you can only afford one, go with the microneedle, the tape just speeds things up. YouTube also has videos on how to use it.
