You need a slip strop to get those shapes. Also a fine grit 6000 or so waterstone is nice to have, but trust me the slip strop is amazingly effective.

Edit; use a glove or you will get cut Edit 2; those tools are not particularly high quality, fine for beginner, but be careful and don't stress them or they will break, which can cause injury.
