The part about the "Sound canceling" not working is a problem, though they seem to be rated well so I imagine it was a defect. That being said, a company using Amazon for returns is not really a reason for them to "suck". Amazon are the ones with the issue here, they have their awful way of handling returns.
You're paying for the brand name when you get Sony. They're no better than any decent Bluetooth headphones.
For the price, I can't recommend these enough.
Nice bass, clear sound, plenty of volume, good voicing. Believe me, Hum sounds GREAT on them.
