Amazon has tests available for delivery.
iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test, 2 Tests per Pack,FDA EUA Authorized OTC at-Home Self Test, Results in 15 Minutes with Non-invasive Nasal Swab, Easy to Use & No Discomfort https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KZ6TBNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_KSQXRAWH8VHEHHAS2CNG
Seriously. Look on amazon. I bought these in early January:

yeah from what i was seeing amazon is half the price of hyvee for the 2 test kit. youd have to wait for shipping, but for anyone getting them in advance of the upcoming wave, amazon may be cheaper.
if you see an at-home covid test for sale less than $10 per-test (usually 2 per kit) you definitely want to buy it, the feds are not going to be able to swoop in and save the day for testing by mid/end of January, it's going to be millions of people just in florida and that kind of capacity is physically impossible, Florida state government is simply not going to do testing
online links to check but other than amazon and some weird local availability you are going to have a hard time finding in stock:

https://www.samsclub.com/p/covid-antigen-test-2-self-tests/prod25790850
adding:
https://ihealthlabs.com/ (same as amazon kit but direct, sometimes discount codes)
https://wyze.com/covid19-test-kit.html (same ihealth test, email waitlist)
"The iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test when conducted by a lay user correctly identified 94.3% of positive samples. Additionally, the iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test correctly identified 98.1% of negative samples" https://www.fda.gov/media/153923/download
possibly shipping but note ONE per box = $15/test:
(flowflex supposedly has high omicron sensitivity, above link sold by this company: https://garnet.care/who-we-are/ )
same flowflex but may never be in stock: https://www.target.com/p/flowflex-covid-19-antigen-home-test/-/A-84996289
there is a possibly a better alternate way to use the swab for omicron vs delta, google reliable sources for guidance (and if it's actually real because that's not completely proven yet either)
If you have Amazon Prime there is a sale on the iHealth brand. Double-check, but I am pretty sure this brand is usually covered for reimbursement.

They’re taking a week to two, but if you’re looking to have a couple on hand it’s worth the wait while looking for local ones.
I got a bunch off of amazon. When i ordered them they came within a week. Seems to be high demand now
