I use the 'classic' DMV one for insertion & removal - got a 20 pack from Amazon (they sell fewer also).

Just squeeze once lens is inserted and done

I got this pack of 10 and have been happy with them. I clean mine with rubbing alcohol, and make sure they’re completely dry before placing them back in the tube.
