I got bambody but I actually did end up using them as backup for a cup because at the time of this post I couldn't wear cups comfortably but I found a way that works for me. They did work great for stand alone too though. Although I will warn you, they do smell they don't help smell at all. But I'd say that's to be expected with anything that allows the blood to sit outside of your body.

If you want the feeling of "no period products at all" then I suggest them. I would size up though. I'm a size 12 so I got a large and they are uncomfortably tight on the edges, I should've sized up. This could be intentional to prevent leaks. But I will say they became more comfortable with wear.

They are also a third the price of thinx because you get 3 for the price of 1 pair of thinx.
