Good luck! I also honestly find that a pair of good boots with really broad heels makes me less likely to roll, and provides arch support, as well as helping prevent hyperextension of my knees. When my ankles are extra bad, I wear thick socks, then toeless zippered compression socks, then lace my boots a little tight.
