I know you didn't ask me, but these are the ones I've been looking at. My thinking though is that these are $45 a piece and if I bought five of these it would get close to the price of just buying this entire EVSE with the adapters included.
Most people probably don't need all the adapters, but it would give me peace of mind to know I can plug in just about anywhere if necessary.
I understand the caution but how can you verify the charger is a good design? CE and UL marks say nothing about quality other than the device passes basic safety tests. Price is an illusory indicator of quality.

here is another interesting one because it has multiple adapter cables but... why is the main power plug hand assembled. (has visible screw heads and is not injection molded)
In any case, I don't yet know what living with an EV is like. I'll see if I can get a stock charger and learn what I need to change.
