I bought these to use with a rooftop luggage box thing and they worked great. Best I can tell/research is they're just the knock-off of the MOPAR - same design, etc.

They do whistle at ~63MPH+, but it's not bad and you can put stickers over the openings on the underside of the bars to eliminate it easily. They attach simply and I can install/remove them within about 10 minutes alone.

The only caveat I'll give is that the locks are useless - more for show. If you're parking in areas where your stuff is likely to be stolen, these would be pretty easy for an intrepid thief to get. Apparently you can swap out the Yule locks for more security, but I didn't care to bother.
