sorry I just saw this.. but reposting in case it helps someone else too..
1.)

this is like the one I bought
2.) the instructions say to mix with water. I personally used 4 teaspoons /per 2 cups of warm water.
3.) I did not shower for 2 days between dips. on the 2nd day I would start to feel itchy again. and would apply either clove/neem/lavender lotion OR DEET 40% bug spray. because using sulfur more frequently led to sickness.
4.) all of the irish spring products contain a chemical which kills scabies. and I found it to be effective.
5.) I used a plastic bed liner, and changed the sheets every day. I sprayed around my bed with 1/10 lemongrass oil/water ratio. or DEET. whatever was available. I wiped down hard surface with clorox wipes. I sprayed floor with a lot of 10% lemongrass also. any carpet areas. or fabric. including the matress. but be careful. if you lay directly on lemongrass sheets, they will burn you.
6.) DEET is a mosquito spray. this is a popular product in usa:

this one has 30% deet on the front label. and I needed to use the ones you can hold down for continuous stream. you don't want a pump action when you have to cover your whole body.
It can be dangerous if you use it every day. but once every 3 days worked fine.
I put it all over on top of the sulfur, at night, on the 2nd day.
7.) Nivea lotion is plain. I mixed it with clove essential oil, neem oil, and lavender essential oil.
clove can burn, but the other 2 don't. so I added as much as I could. while still maintaining lotion consistency. I'm sorry not sure if that answers your question?
sheet question:
yes. I put sheets wherever I sat. and mostly changed them every time there was a treatment, or every day if I could. but it's hard to do that much laundry.
they were full sheets, and I was lucky enough to have laundry service. so someone could deliver clean sheets to me a couple times a week. I also bought more sheets, just to keep up with this. I realize that's not realistic for most people. but at least change the sheets for example when you are clean after a treatment. like when you apply new sulfur every 3 days, would be a good time to change them.
I hope you get clean. it takes patience. it's maddening, but there is hope <3
yeah I'd be concerned. I'd get yourself a microscope

and some sulfur lime.

unless you were infested for a long time, and that's why stuff is still coming out. I noticed I'm more allergic than most people to these things. and I get those red patches you have. and they really freak me out.
