I've never seen a 2-gang adapter like that, though that doesn't mean that they don't make them.

You could always replace the outlets with units that have built-in USB charging ports. This particular one has both USB-A and USB-C type ports, though you can get them with just "A" or "C" types. They also make 4-port devices that fit into the space of a single receptacle.

Certainly not as cheap as plug-in adapters, but they don't stick out from the wall.

If you do go that route, I recommend avoiding no-name brands, and sticking with Leviton, Legrand, Pass & Seymour, etc.

The price might be better, but you want something CSA-US or UL Listed.
