The only way is to spend at least a 100 dollars. I bought the tools myself and did it & it wasn't really hard at all.
(glass + digitizer ~110 USD) - you could spend 70 bucks to get it from China http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/181269009504?lpid=82 but for me, I didn't have time to wait for the parts to arrive so I spent 115 USD.
hexscrew driver + tools (8 USD) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001KBEO1O/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
hair blow dryer or heating gun (must have)
and searched up some tutorial vids on taking apart the nexus 4
but it's really up to you on whether or not you want to go through the trouble. Also on a side note, taking apart the phone caused me to replace my battery while i was at it because it started bloating up and I was afraid the phone would blow up (also it had issues where battery would drain out of nowhere)
let me know if you have any more questions!
