Here is my tower build that I use to stream PLEX/run sickbeard/run sabnzbd:

• Win 7 x64
• Motherboard: z68a-gd65
• Processor: i7 2700k
• Video Card: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
• OS Hard Drive: Kingston HyperX 3K 240 GB SATA III 2.5-Inch 6.0 Gb/s Solid State Drive SH103S3/240G.
  
• Internal Raid 5 Hard Drives: 3 x 2 TB WD drives. I call this drive B:/ or DARIA
• The ReadyNAS that I posted in another comment is called X:/ or NAStyNate.

So SABnzbd downloads to B:/ (Daria) and when it is finished downloading, it moves the file over to X:/ (NAStyNate).
