One of these:

Cheap enough that it's worth a shot ;-) (wouldn't be able to tell you where to find one in Brazil though!)

So you'd plug:

  • The loupe into the female-to-female coupler
  • The male end of the USB into the other side of the coupler
  • And an HDMI cable out of that

I am a little skeptical this will work though, it depends how exactly how they're handling the video over USB-C.

If the loupe is a USB-C host device and is sending actual HDMI over the cable, that setup should work.

However the fact it's got a male connector on the loupe, and also that they state it's USB 2.0 makes me think that actually it's using the older USB Video Class specification - basically it's a webcam, and isn't sending HDMI down the cable at all so no video will come out of the HDMI port on the adapter.

Before buying anything, try plugging it directly into a computer and see if you can see it as a webcam in Skype/OBS or whatever. If you can, it's USB video and this adapter configuration isn't going to work.

(But then instead you could then hook it up to a computer and broadcast a live feed over a network instead, so there's still a potential solution there.)
