Bought this for my Y. Fits, the trunk floor closes, with some room around it for ventilation. The idea is to power it from the 12V in the back. I haven't tried it out in the car yet, as it has to sit for 12h after shipping. So I cannot really recommend just yet. But I found that it's very quiet, less than the camp mode noises. On paper, the car should be able to power this for 3 months with a full battery.

One negative I found out is that the 1 gallon milk bottles we have in our fridge don't fit by a few mm. Maybe a different brand would, or the 1 quart, I don't know. Beer bottles fit, though. And one gallon is a lot of milk, we never take that much camping anyway.
