For the Silverado, turn ignition on, hold lock and unlock buttons at same time until you hear the horn. Point the tool at the side wall of the tire directly across from the valve stem. You'll hear the horn. Go to the next tire. You start with the front left and do them in clockwise order
For the Hyundai, it relearns automatically. I'm not sure if yours has a button to initialize the relearning or not though. But it will relearn after driving for like 10-20 minutes. See if you have a TPMS button anywhere. It'll probably have the TPMS icon on it, as opposed to saying "TPMS"
Relearn procedure is this. Turn ignition or engine on. Scroll through your info pages till you see tire pressures. Hold the enter button till you hear the horn. Point the tool at the edge of the rim, where the valve stem is. Make sure it's pointed into the rubber sidewall. Press the button. You'll hear the horn beep. Go to the next tire. You start with the front left and do them in clockwise order
Resetting oil life is basically the same. Scroll info pages till you get to the oil life. Hold enter till it resets
There's a cheap tool you can buy for GM vehicles, if you were so compelled
