I have a similar bodysuit as your first link (the one called ''Women's Sexy Sleeveless[...]'') that I use for work. The only difference is that mine doesn't show any skin on the side of the torso/near your ''chest-arm combo'' nor on my back. It looks a bit like this one (but without any shoulder pads lol). For me, the one you suggested is a bit too ''sexy'' (hence its name I guess) for a professional setting. I think it is pretty, but personally, I wouldn't wear it at work or at least not without a blazer.
Regarding the second one, crop tops are not appropriate for professional attire. I really like crop tops, but no. Unless you have really high waisted pants that would hide your skin... but then again, when you raise your arms, bend or even sit, your stomach/lower back might show too much. As a general rule, avoid crop tops.
I have many bodysuits for my business casual work clothes. It just looks better on me IMO and works well with any suit or a small blazer. Don't stick to boring colours. You can have a nice white bodysuit with a baby blue suit like this or a nice black bodysuit with a white blazer and ''Millenial'' pink pants (like this but imagine the pants being like this). You can get really creative while keeping it classy and professional at the same time. You can also get creative in the darker shades, like this or even play with patterns like this! These suggestions are on the limit of business casual and strictly business. If you want to go more on the business casual side, you can incorporate jeans like this while still playing with colours. For interviews and important meetings, stick with darker colours and more subtle patterns, but don't hesitate to get creative and go outside the boring solid black suits. It will actually make you stand out.
Also, you will quickly notice how your male peers will just wear a basic shirt with jeans to many professional settings and call it a day (including many during interviews lol). Honestly, I feel like we always put way too much effort into our clothes compared to them and it doesn't even matter at the end of the day. The only time I have seen people dress well are at interviews or very serious business meetings with investor or corporate. So don't worry too much.
