This, definitely this!!! I generally use them in my calves to break them up when they get too rock hard to deal with or 2 on calf, one on heel one in arch to alleviate foot pain and get overall relief. It’s a lifesaver when you’re vacationing and walking a lot everyday.
I’ve used a few expensive models but this one is by far the best and the cheapest: FDA cleared HealthmateForever... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O7CM12W

I love mine paid 30 for it on Amazon have had it for 4 years still using the same batteries and I forget to turn it off. It feels like current. Like being shocked but not so painful. It does help wit the pain honestly sadly you can’t have it on non stop 24 hours a day. The cables are cumbersome sometimes I wake up wrapped in them with the sticky pads stuck to weird parts of my body or bed lol. Before my surgery in which they found a giant mass I had no pain meds nothing bc of COVID and having no doctor. TMI but I stuck those pads almost internally and I would sleep for 60 -90 min intervals, the max amount if time of the tens, the unit saved me. I am youngish 37 and my body is like 100 so I have back and tail bone pain and shoulder issues lol I use the tens for all of those aches and muscle aches and it helps. Obviously not a cure but has been so beneficial. I bought a smaller one and it didn’t last.
So the purpose of the tens is to disrupt the pain receptors and it does that by sending electricity and interrupting those receptors. Let me know if you get one and how it works for you.
Oh there is a company that sells them for endo and pelvic pain but they want over 200 for them. Fuck that shit. I do like that those are portable and Small but for 200+ I haven’t made the purchase more so since I’m on disability and don’t go anywhere.
This is the one I have
