I buy coffee from an Amazon seller (RhoadsRoast) that claims to roast the coffee after you order it, then ship it, so that it's really fresh. I think I pay $45 for 5lbs, which is cheaper than other coffee of similar quality I've found, but it's not exactly cheap coffee.
