I picked up this one on Amazon You can check on this site with your zip to see what you can expect to pick up. Really if you are an avid TV viewer, you will need to supplement with things like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or other products. There is also a sub /r/cordcutters that has great information. I am happy with mine, but I probably don't use it as much as I thought I would.
I think most of the TV towers are over there atop Cheyenne Mountain, so reception is pretty good. I get all the news stations and PBS perfectly. Everything else is spanish speaking or religious channels.
Mohu Leaf is a popular brand that has gotten good reviews from friends in areas not tall/thick tree heavy.
I got this one for my mom and it works great http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Ultra-Thin-Indoor-HDTV-Antenna/dp/B00DIFIO8E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1442356398&sr=8-2&keywords=hdtv+antenna she live near campus and has little in tall trees around her house.
I have this one because I live in a heavily tree'd area of town, have it on a pole 18" up in the air..works fantastic. http://www.amazon.com/Amplified-Digital-Motorized-Rotation-Infrared/dp/B004NQMCDK/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1442356398&sr=8-7&keywords=hdtv+antenna
congrats on cutting the cord, I did it about 4 years ago and have not regretted it one bit. My set up besides the OTA channels from the antenna include a roku with sling tv subscription for football/collegebasketball seasons. In May that will go away until football starts again ($25 a month) I also use Usenet daily to DL the other TV shows I want to view.. If you go the roku route ck out channelpear
