I've been using Isotoner SmarTouch gloves myself, and they work pretty well.
However, now that the weather's starting to get a lot colder (and snowier) up where I live, I'm seriously considering getting a couple sets of ThinkGeek Digits - one for each pair of gloves I normally use during really bad weather (Mechanixwear M-Pact and Youngstown Cold Weather XT; the latter is a backup in case the former get soaked through while dealing with snow).
These are by far my favorite. The extra padding they provide is well worth it if you crash. http://www.amazon.com/Mechanix-Wear-M-Pact-Medium-Gloves/dp/B006WZOMOM/ref=pd_sim_sbs_469_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=10Q9451W8GJ5HT82EGBH
