If not, I've done things as ridiculous as holding a lickety stick in my mouth for my dog to lick while I'm using both hands to measure her. Well, I was actually trying to clip her nails, but same basic issue.

Alternatively, smear some peanut butter on a wall (or something a bit more cleanable) at nose height.
