Yes, you can swap pedals and the TH8A shifter from Thrustmaster plugs into the back of the wheel base.

For reference, I have a TMX wheel (Xbox version of T150), and swapped to the T3PM pedals and they're working perfectly...I don't use an H shifter but the TH8A is compatible with most of Thrustmaster's wheel bases, yours included.
