The marketing text is just marketing, the reality is that with custom video modes you probably could squeeze two 1080p 144Hz monitors into that one, with standard video modes at 142 Hz.
The data rate required for 165Hz is 9.26 Gbit/s this requires a DisplayPort 1.4 capable MST hub.
