I'm unsure of the cloning and would like to know myself but I've seen people recommend this wifi card.

Update to Windows 11 and replace you realtek wifi card (with bluetooth) to this one:

I did and all connection issues are gone with simply replacing the card. It is only 20$ (USD) on amazon.
