if you do not care about the looks, you can drape down some sort of vinyl material as a door. Maybe with a magnetic snap system right in the middle so you can push apart the two vertical pieces easily to walk thru, but it resnaps shut after you go thru and stops the air flow.
they sell screen doors like this, maybe one can be modified?
you could remove it in the summer when you do not need to stop the air drafts
