Amazon also carries one by a company called Fishbones but I don't see it in XL.
In addition to not getting clogged by ash during long cooks like the factory cast iron charcoal holder sometimes can, the open design allows you to put a fire starter cube or some lit newspaper in the ash trap area behind the draft door and essentially turn your whole egg into a chimney starter.
Here is a picture of my egg lighting that way. You are looking in through the draft door and above the flame is my charcoal grate and the exposed charcoal.
